Privacy Policy

At NetraGen, your privacy is a priority. This policy explains how Tracorder handles your data.

Data Collection

We collect your name and email via Google Login (NextAuth). We also store the assets you upload and the videos generated by our system. For pay-without-account (“Try”) flows, we may also store a temporary guest identifier linked to your browser so we can associate your payment and generation with you.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for NetraGen to work. These include:

• Session cookies — used when you sign in with Google so we can keep you logged in and show your account, credits, and videos.
• Guest cookie (ng_guest) — used on the “Try without account” / pay-to-generate flow. It stores a random browser ID so we can remember which unpaid drafts and paid videos belong to you on that device. Without this cookie (for example if you clear site data, switch browsers, or use private browsing), you may lose access to guest videos even though payment succeeded.

These cookies are essential to provide the service you request. We do not use them for advertising or sell cookie data to third parties. By using NetraGen — including the guest pay-to-generate flow — you acknowledge this use of essential cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may sign you out or unlink guest results from that browser.

How Data is Used

Your uploaded media is sent to third-party AI providers (such as Kling or Veo) for processing. Payment providers (such as Midtrans) process payment details according to their own policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Generated videos remain available for a limited retention period (shown in your dashboard or result page), after which they may be deleted automatically to save storage. Guest (“Try”) videos are tied to your browser cookie unless you later use a signed-in account that owns those jobs. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting admin@tracorder.com.
