Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing 💎 Credits.

1. Final Sale

Due to the immediate costs associated with AI GPU processing, all 💎 credit purchases and successful video generations are final and non-refundable.

2. System Failures (Credits)

If a credit-based generation fails due to a system error (Status: Failed), your 💎 credits will be automatically returned to your balance. If they are not, please contact support.

3. Pay-without-account (Try / Midtrans)

If you paid for a single generation via Midtrans on the “Try” flow and the job fails, you may either (a) use one free retry with new uploads under the same payment, or (b) request a refund to your original payment method (GoPay, QRIS, etc.). Refund timing depends on Midtrans and your bank or e-wallet. If an automatic refund fails, email support with your Midtrans order id.

4. Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds based on the subjective quality of the AI output. AI generation is an experimental technology and results may vary.
