1. Final Sale

Due to the immediate costs associated with AI GPU processing, all 💎 credit purchases and successful video generations are final and non-refundable.

2. System Failures

If a generation fails due to a system error (Status: Failed), your 💎 credits will be automatically returned to your balance. If they are not, please contact support.

3. Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds based on the subjective quality of the AI output. AI generation is an experimental technology and results may vary.
